At CHÁRIS, we continually strive to offer the best service possible to our customers shopping online with us. Please refer to the sections below to find more information on our shipping and returns policies.

SHIPPING

We are offering FREE shipping to Cyprus via ACS and Geniki Taxidromiki. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout for other EU and non-EU countries.

Please see below for average delivery times.

Cyprus: Up to 3 working days

Greece: 3-5 working days

Other EU countries: 5-7 working days

Non-EU countries: Up to 10 working days

 

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return your item/s for a refund or credit note within 7 days from the day of delivery. Your purchase(s) must be returned in the original packaging, in a saleable condition with all labels and tags attached. Upon return, all items are inspected by our customer services team before your refund is processed. We do not offer exchanges on our products. 

Please note that any items in our "Sales" or "Outlet" section or non-refundable.

Please try items on with care. If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means that is must be clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Please email us at info@charis.studio to order a returns label and returns note. For all Cyprus orders, you will be able to return all or part of your order at no additional cost through our selected carrier. For orders outside of Cyprus, an additional return fee will be charged.

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.

2. Returning your Items

Please print your return note and return label.

Write down your order number on your Return Note and include it in your parcel.

3. Attach the waybill emailed to you to the outside of the parcel and keep the archive doc to give to the driver. 

 

ALTERATIONS

Alterations are not included in the price. If you require assistance with alterations in Nicosia we will be able to recommend seamstresses, with whom we have been working for years and who will maintain the excellent quality of our garments.
